BOOKING CONDITIONS ~ 270 NORTH - ALL HOLIDAY BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO THE STANDARD CONDITIONS
A deposit of £200 (per week booked) is required within one week of telephone reservation. The balance plus £100 "Good Housekeeping Bond" must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. For late bookings of 6 weeks or less before holiday commencement date, the full amount is required with the booking form. The proprietors reserve the right to adjust the tariff. No bookings are accepted from persons under 18 years of age and we regret that we are unable to accommodate all male or all female parties or singles groups (unless agreed with the proprietors, who reserve the right to request an increased damage bond should it be deemed necessary).
Customers are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellation after a booking has been made. No refunds can be given once the holiday has been booked and customers are reminded that they are legally responsible for payment of the full amount. No liability can be accepted should the accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond the control of the proprietors. Telephone / e mail provisional bookings will be held for one clear week pending receipt of deposit. Accommodation is available from 1pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 9am on date of departure, to enable the proprietor to prepare for the following guests.
The apartment must not be sub-let and is limited to the people stated at the time of booking, unless there is prior arrangement with the proprietors. Under no circumstances whatsoever are any persons (other than those on the booking form) allowed to use the facilities of the accommodation without the prior permission of the proprietors. Should permission be granted there is an additional minimum charge of £25 per person (per visit). TV's, radios etc or any other musical instrument must not be played in such a manner as to annoy neighbours. Ball games, skateboards and barbecues are not permitted. The proprietor reserves the right to refuse accommodation, and any person/s whose behaviour interferes with the comfort and enjoyment of neighbours or other tenants, or is deemed unacceptable by the proprietors, will be required to leave without refund. By accepting conditions you have agreed to leave the accommodation in the same clean and tidy condition as when you started the holiday. There will be a charge for losses, breakages and if required any extra cleaning whereby the good housekeeping refundable bond will be adjusted accordingly. Should the damage / loss exceed £100, you will be charged for the difference. Should the hirer fail to give up possession at the end of the holiday or leave the accommodation in such a state and condition that it is not suitable for occupation by another hirer, he or she will be liable for the charges shown on the tariff schedule of the apartment for the period until it is so available and for any loss or damage which shall be occasioned thereby. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse to honour future bookings from hirers who leave the accommodation in an unreasonable condition. The proprietors have reasonable access to the accommodation to carry out their duties and to undertake any necessary maintenance. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility or liability for any inconvenience, personal injury sustained by any person, or damage to, or loss of any property brought to the premises, including hirer’s vehicle left in the garage / car park area. Similarly any of the aforesaid directly or indirectly arising from the plumbing, gas, electrical or exceptional weather or other matters over which the proprietors have no control. Should maintenance work be carried out on the building as arranged by management company / agent then the proprietors cannot be held responsible for the same as once again these matters are very often out of their control. Following departure any items left in the apartment will be disposed of after 7 days unless contacted by the hirer within that timescale. On request the proprietor will return abandoned goods by recorded delivery for a charge of £25 plus postage cost, this to cater for time deployment and packaging expense. The person signing the booking form will be responsible for all the persons included on the form and must ensure that they are aware of all the booking conditions. Any request by the hirer to transfer their booking to another apartment will be treated as a cancellation of the original reservation. Every effort has been made by the proprietors to ensure accuracy of property description. The proprietors do however point out that such description are for guidance only whereby any points of particular concern should be clarified with the owners. Proprietors reserve the right to alter, substitute or withdraw certain facilities, service or amenities from time to time. COMPLAINTSIf in the opinion of the hirer there are grounds for complaint, it is the duty of the hirer to take it up with the proprietors and in any event before departure to allow remedial action to be taken.  Failure by the hirer to notify the proprietors of any complaint in accordance with the timescale set out above, will entitle the owners to refuse to entertain the complaint, irrespective of its merits. In conclusion the proprietors wish to point out that these conditions have been drawn up in consideration of all guests to ensure that you have a happy and enjoyable holiday.

Thank You
Maureen Cornwall (Proprietor)
